Antique SONORA Victrola Tabletop Mahogany Phonograph Record Player WORKS!
Wonderful survivor just pulled from an old Allentown Row house where it sat for the past hundred years.
Overall very good condition missing the cloth for the front grill, easy replacement in the color of your own choice.
Other than that -the only thing to note might be a couple of areas on the front veneer which could use a little bit of touchup but overall the wood is very nice, the little turntable brake lever needs a replacement stop pad it currently has tape doing the trick.
Has a lot of extra needles, comes with everything shown except The record album is not included.
I tested this today for several spins and it works great and sounds very cool!
The crank works, it operates for a long time when cranked fully, the brake lever does work, note that it needs the “stop” pad replaced(easy), the speed lever increases and decreases the speed as it should, I don’t know what else to say, I’ve never found or sold one of these before, but it plays very well nice and steady and sounds very cool!
